Project Manager

Job Description

The Project Manager manages the timelines and tasks of the various teams in the company, including our development team and operations team. A keen attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a curiosity to learn are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Own, manage and coordinate internal projects, development (e.g., new features, client feature requests) and client projects (e.g., content delivery, vendor management)
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress for all projects
  • Manage and maintain project schedules, budgets, deadlines, project team meetings and schedules
  • Managing effectively within the constraints of the project
  • Ensure quality execution in the delivery of a product / service / solution to drive satisfaction, outcomes and customer success
  • Mentor/coach others in the organization, building capabilities and help improve the organizational delivery health and maturity
  • Adjust to constant business change; e.g. new requirements, evolving strategies, and emerging practices
  • Responsible for self-development on latest trends/developments in the related role/work profile according to professional development plan
  • Consistently meet deadlines; proactively identify and address roadblocks to ensure content production projects and delivery remain on schedule
  • Proactively identify and minimize risks to ensure that projects are completed on time.
  • Communicate content product status and delivery dates to stakeholders and promptly address any related questions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • 3+ years’ prior experience in Project Management
  • Strong agile management skills
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
